Every word is true!
Am I the only one that sees all the things we have as Christians give to the old devil? Am I the only one who believes 2 Timothy 3:16-17 (KJV) 16All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. Or Proverbs 30:5-6 (NASB) 5 Every word of God is tested; He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him. 6Do not add to His words Or He will reprove you, and you will be proved a liar. ? The church today is guilty of Blasphemy! What you say? Have you listened to any of the popular preachers today that will not preach the truth. Most of them twist the word around their little fingers so tight that it does not even resemble God's word anymore. It seems that now these pastors have resorted to suing anyone who disagrees with their doctrine. Sounds like strong Christians to me, NOT!
Let me give you a few actual examples of what I am talking about. Their names have been left out to protect the innocent. Of course in this old pastors mind anyone who alters God's word in any fashion is not innocent but guilty and heading straight to hell. Each of the below are actual quotes.
"Oh God, if it's your will heal this person.' Do you know what my doubt filled prayers produced? Seven members of my immediate family died within 18 months."
Now I just watched a great woman of God pass onto the other side. I am 100% sure when her eyes closed for the last time she opened them to see Jesus with His hands open inviting her in. When Mary and I prayed over her the last time we asked the Lord to heal her if it was His will. It was not, it was His will for her to come home after 70 years of life. At the time of her death many were praying only for her healing and living by the above pastor's words. My question to this well known pastor above is if we are not supposed to pray the Lord's will, then why did Jesus teach us how to pray by first showing us we should praise the Lord and then say " Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven." Matthew Chapter 6 verses 9 and 10.
Ok lets go on. This pastor went even further "...Never, ever, ever go to the Lord and say, 'If it be thy will…' Don't allow such faith-destroying words to be spoken from your mouth. When you pray "if it be your will, Lord," faith will be destroyed. Doubt will billow up and flood your being. Be on guard against words like this which will rob you of your faith and drag you down in despair." So we are to believe that by doing exactly what Jesus told us we will destroy our faith? Show me in the word where this is true. In fact Jesus said in Mark 3:33-35 (NLT) 33Jesus replied, "Who is my mother? Who are my brothers?" 34Then he looked at those around him and said, "These are my mother and brothers. 35Anyone who does God's will is my brother and sister and mother." Ouch! that one hurt. Even Jesus said that anyone who does God's will is His brother and sister. Do you see where this old pastor is coming from. Does anyone still read their Bible and believe the Living Word of God?
So lets look at a few more examples.
"The Holy Ghost is upon me...The day is coming when those that attack us will drop dead. You say, 'What did he say?' I speak this under the anointing of the Spirit. Can I tell you something? Don't touch God's servants; it's deadly...Woe to you that touch God's servants. You're going to pay. 'And the day will come.' The Lord said that to me. He said, 'The day will come when I will punish instantly. Woe to those who touch my chosen.' They will fear us. Hear this: today they mock us; tomorrow they will fear us." Now I ask you where in the Bible does it say that we as Christian pastors are supposed to have the power to kill those who disagree with us? This pastor even went so far as to rent a hotel room across from the office of a group that disagreed with his teachings and video tape himself pronouncing a curse on the head of the group. Please someone show me in the Bible where we are supposed to go around cursing fellow Christians. No wonder the world wants nothing to do with the church. Jesus gave this command in John: John 15:12 (KJV) This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. Or John 13:34-35 (KJV) A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. 35By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. It sure seems to this old pastor that the opposite of what that pastor said is true.
Lets go on "Preachers who live in big homes and drive big cars ought to re-examine their calling." The well know pastor who said this runs a 100 million dollar a year ministry and has a 6.5 million dollar home with a 10 car underground garage for his toy's that is paid for by his ministry.
This is the one I love. "The wealth of the wicked has been stored, but this billions of dollars of debt is being released to the people so that they can give more! They are going to finance the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. I BELIEVE this in my spirit!" Please, can you show me in the Bible where we are told that Jesus is broke and needs you and I to finance His return? I cannot speak for the pastor who spoke these words on worldwide television but I sure would like to know what "spirit" was telling him this. I have read through my Bible numerous times. I have studied the prophecies about Jesus. I have enjoyed Revelation. But, I do not know one place in the Bible that we are told that Jesus needs you and I to finance his return. The pastor who said this, needed you and I to finance his way of life.
I will leave you with the following example of what happens when your ego gets too big for your heart. When you begin to think you are someone special. When you lose sight of the fact that we are just servants to an almighty God who could in a blink of an eye delete us from ever existing. "I think God's given up on a lot of that old rotten Sanhedrin religious crowd, twice dead, plucked up by the roots. I think they're damned and on their way to hell and I don't think there's any redemption for them...The heresy hunters that want to find a little mote of illegal doctrine in some Christian's eye and pluck that little mote out of their eye when they've got the whole forest in their own lives and in their own eyes. I say to hell with you! Oh hallelujah. Get out of God's way, quit blocking God's bridges or God's gonna shoot you if I don't! I refuse to argue any longer with any of you out there. Don't even call me. If you want to argue doctrine, if you want to straighten out somebody over here, Get out of my life! I don't even want to talk to you or hear you. I don't want to see your ugly face! Get out of my face in Jesus' name." Now I could be wrong in my thoughts, but, to me following this pastors dissertation on the "heresy" hunters with "in Jesus name" is nothing short of full fledged Blasphemy. I have a feeling that pastor is in a greater threat of going to hell then those he is mad at. This was again stated on a worldwide broadcast and we wonder why so many in the world will not take us seriously.
Jesus said it my friends John 13:34-35 (KJV) A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. 35By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. How can we expect our Lord and Savior let us do great things when this is what we show to the world. Just think, if the Lord had let some of the above false teachers and pastors have the ability to do greater things how many of their enemies would be dead. How many lives of good Christian men and woman who just disagreed with their doctrine would now be in a grave. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
Does anyone besides me still believe the Living Word of God? Not just a part but the whole. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 (KJV) 16All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. Do you get it? That the man of God may be perfect, and thoroughly furnished to do all good works. You see my friends we cannot even do the works that Jesus wants until we BELIEVE all scripture and not add our own words or version of it. Think about it .
